Graeter’s Ice Cream, the country’s oldest family-owned craft ice cream maker, has unveiled its new limited-edition Bake Shop collection just in time for summer. The lineup features six dessert-inspired flavors that reimagine classic bakery treats in frozen form, all handmade in ultra-small batches using the brand’s signature French Pot process.

Two flavors—Cinnamon Sticky Bun and Beast Feast – Cookie Dough Unleashed—are already available in scoop shops and online at Graeters.com, with the remaining flavors rolling out throughout the summer. The collection will be available for a limited time while supplies last.

Cinnamon Sticky Bun delivers a rich cinnamon ice cream swirled with brown sugar, sticky bun dough, and crunchy toffee pieces. It’s a scoopable twist on a warm morning favorite.

Beast Feast – Cookie Dough Unleashed is a nod to The Beast, the legendary Kings Island roller coaster. This cookie butter ice cream is loaded with oversized sugar cookie dough chunks and rainbow sprinkles.

Blueberry Lemon Crumble, arriving in mid-June, blends yellow cake batter ice cream with lemon and blueberry notes, topped with a cinnamon streusel crumble that evokes a fresh blueberry buckle.

Pineapple Passion Fruit Sorbet, launching in early July, is a dairy-free tropical treat that pairs sweet pineapple with tangy passion fruit for a bright, refreshing flavor.

Minty Brownie, coming in late July, combines creamy mint ice cream with rich brownie pieces for a fresh-yet-decadent dessert experience.

Caramel Pecan Cheesecake, the final release in mid-August, layers mascarpone ice cream with praline pecans, caramel truffles, and soft cheesecake chunks for a salty-sweet finish to the summer lineup.

“With this collection, we’re taking that nostalgic, baked-with-love feeling and turning it into the tastiest way for ice cream lovers across the country to stay cool this season,” said Richard Graeter, fourth-generation president and CEO.
