Spindrift Beverage Co. Inc., known for being the first sparkling water brand to use not-from-concentrate juice, has announced the launch of a new flavor for the fall season: Spindrift Fuji Apple. Alongside this new offering, the company is also bringing back its seasonal Cranberry Raspberry flavor, which has been a fan favorite in past years. Both products are made using real squeezed fruit, staying true to Spindrift’s commitment to natural ingredients.
Spindrift’s process for creating the Fuji Apple flavor involved extensive testing, with the team sampling 18 different blends of apple juice before deciding on the final recipe. The resulting flavor is described as aromatic, floral, and juicy, with a balanced sweetness. The apples used in this blend are sourced from US orchards and made into juice shortly after being harvested to preserve their fresh taste.
The Fuji Apple flavor, like all of Spindrift’s products, contains no added sugar and is made with juice that is not from concentrate. Jon Silverman, Senior Vice President of Innovation at Spindrift, highlighted the difference in quality between beverages made from concentrate and those made with real juice. The company’s method ensures that the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit are retained, offering a crisp and refreshing taste that resembles the first bite of a fresh apple.
In addition to the new Fuji Apple flavor, Spindrift is reintroducing Cranberry Raspberry for the fall season. This flavor, which has been a seasonal offering in previous years, will now be more widely available both online and in stores nationwide. The return of Cranberry Raspberry has become a seasonal tradition for many consumers, particularly during the fall and winter months when gatherings with loved ones are common.
