Stone Creek Coffee has introduced Escape Pods, a new single-serve brewing option designed for flavor, sustainability, and ease of use. With 70% more coffee per pod than standard options and made entirely from plant-based, compostable materials, Escape Pods aim to offer a better-tasting, waste-free way to brew at home.

Created for Keurig-compatible machines, each pod contains carefully roasted Stone Creek beans and delivers a full-strength cup without grinding or cleanup. Once brewed, the entire pod can be tossed in a commercial compost bin—no separation or plastic involved.

“We didn’t want to make a good pod—we wanted to make a chess move,” said Drew Pond, Director of Development and co-owner at Stone Creek Coffee. “Escape Pods are real coffee for real life.”

Escape Pods are available in three roasts: Boneshaker (light), Cream City (medium), and 3 Volcanoes (dark), each featuring distinct tasting notes from citrus to dark chocolate. Suggested brewing includes 10 oz for balance, 8 oz for a stronger cup, or 12 oz for a smoother finish.

Escape Pods are now available for purchase, offering a new way to experience craft coffee with both convenience and intention.
