Supergut, a Los Angeles–based nutrition company focused on gut health, is expanding its GLP-1 Booster line with three summer flavors: Blood Orange, Raspberry Lemon, and Watermelon Lime. The powdered drink mix is formulated to be stirred into water or blended into high-fiber mocktails that tap the body’s natural GLP-1 response, a hormone linked to feelings of fullness.
Each 20-calorie serving delivers seven grams of prebiotic fiber from resistant starch, with no sugar or artificial sweeteners. The added fiber is intended to support a healthy gut microbiome, regulate post-meal blood-sugar levels, and help curb cravings—an area many Americans struggle with as national surveys show more than 95 percent of adults fall short of daily fiber recommendations.
“We wanted to create something fun and fresh for summer while still delivering serious health benefits,” said Supergut chief executive Tracey Halama. She added that the new flavors give consumers “a delicious way to close the fiber gap and hit essential nutrition goals.”
The GLP-1 Booster joins a growing range of functional beverages positioned as metabolic health aids, reflecting heightened public interest in appetite-regulating ingredients. Supergut’s original unflavored version debuted last year and quickly became a top seller for the company, which also markets fiber-rich bars and meal-replacement shakes.
The new varieties are available beginning this week through Supergut’s website and select online retailers, with single pouches and multi-pack options aimed at both first-time buyers and existing subscribers.
