SwitchBot has officially launched the K20+ Pro, billed as the world’s first multitasking household robot. Unveiled at CES 2025, this all-in-one platform combines vacuuming, home security, air purification and smart delivery into a single autonomous system. Central to the design is FusionPlatform, a modular mobile base with ClawLock technology that lets the robot integrate seamlessly with a range of SwitchBot devices and custom accessories.
The K20+ Pro includes a mini robot vacuum and a docked base station. In its Delivery Assistant role, FusionPlatform can carry up to 8 kg of payload—perfect for transporting meals, drinks or pet supplies around the home. The Patrol Kit pairs the robot with a Pan/Tilt Cam Plus camera for real-time security monitoring and motion alerts, all controlled via the SwitchBot app. For air quality, the Air Purifier Kit teams the K20+ Pro with SwitchBot air purifiers, allowing the robot to roam room to room and eliminate allergens and odors. The Air Flow Kit integrates a portable battery-powered fan to boost circulation wherever it’s needed.
FusionPlatform’s modular design invites DIY customization. Hobbyists can attach third-party devices—such as speakers or UV lamps—using built-in power ports, or create their own attachments with 3D printing. Later this year, SwitchBot will host a contest for the most inventive FusionPlatform hacks, underscoring its vision of the K20+ Pro as both a household helper and a maker’s canvas.
Pre-orders for the K20+ Pro are now open, with packages ranging from the core robot to all-in-one Omniplus kits that include every accessory and attachment.
