Valley Fine Foods has introduced a new product to the refrigerated breakfast category called Three Bridges Potato Bakes. These items are designed for individuals with busy schedules and provide a quick breakfast or snack option. Three Bridges Potato Bakes are available in two flavors: Cheddar & Chive and Uncured Bacon & Cheese. Each serving contains 12-14 grams of protein and is certified gluten-free.
These potato bakes can be prepared in various appliances such as an air fryer, toaster oven, or skillet, taking approximately seven minutes to cook. The product has already received recognition, with the Cheddar & Chive variety being awarded “Best in Show” at the KeHE On Trend Awards during the 2025 Summer Show.
Three Bridges Potato Bakes are currently sold at several grocery chains, including Sprouts, Wegmans, SaveMart, Vons, and select Albertsons, Costco, and Safeway locations. Plans for distribution expansion include Sam’s Club in early April 2025 and Target stores in May 2025.
