Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) has announced two new limited-edition ice cream flavors for summer 2025, offering fans a blend of savory and sweet in time for warmer weather. The seasonal launch includes Salty Caramel Pretzel and Apple Crisp, both designed to deliver nostalgic comfort with a modern twist.
Salty Caramel Pretzel combines salted vanilla ice cream with chocolate-covered pretzel pieces and a swirl of salted caramel. Apple Crisp is inspired by a homemade family recipe and features vanilla ice cream mixed with baked oatmeal streusel and apple chunks. “To create the Apple Crisp flavor, we used a recipe from my mother as a base to help us translate apple crisp into ice cream,” said Hunter Clayton, Senior R&D Associate Scientist at TCCA.
In addition to the seasonal flavors, Tillamook has announced the return of fan favorites Orange & Cream and Campfire Peanut Butter Cup, which will now join the brand’s core lineup. Both flavors had previously been offered as limited-time releases and will now be available year-round in family-sized cartons.
These launches build on the success of Tillamook’s Chocolate Collection, introduced last year. Featuring 45% more cocoa than the brand’s standard chocolate ice cream, the Chocolate Collection quickly rose to the top of the family-size ice cream category in 2024.
The new and returning offerings reflect Tillamook’s ongoing focus on indulgent, shareable flavors made with high-quality ingredients, further strengthening its position in the competitive premium ice cream market.
