Trojan Battery Company has announced the launch of the Trojan Lithium OnePack battery, a 48V, 105Ah lithium-ion battery pack designed for low-speed electric vehicles (LSEVs) such as golf carts, utility vehicles, and delivery vehicles. The new maintenance-free battery pack offers several advancements, including extended run times, faster charging, increased torque and speed, safety, and ease of installation and use.

The Trojan Lithium OnePack battery aims to provide LSEV owners with high performance, allowing travel up to 60 miles on a single charge. It maintains acceleration with no loss of power, even on inclines. The battery pack can recharge in as little as 2.5 hours, ensuring minimal downtime. It features advanced technology that permits charging during short breaks without risk of damage.

The OnePack battery is maintenance-free, eliminating the need for watering. It offers a lifespan of over 10 years, backed by an 8-year warranty, providing durability and longevity. The battery also includes a self-protecting Battery Management System (BMS), four levels of safety redundancy, and a stable lithium-iron-phosphate formula. All Trojan Lithium-ion batteries are designed, tested, and undergo final processing in the USA for added security.

Additionally, LSEV users can monitor the battery status in real-time using the Trojan SmartBattery App with Bluetooth connectivity. This app provides convenience and peace of mind by allowing users to check battery status from their mobile devices.

Laurie Oswald, Chief Commercial Officer of Trojan Battery, stated that the Trojan Lithium OnePack battery exemplifies the company’s commitment to providing outstanding power solutions for low-speed electric vehicles. The battery is now available in North America and will be rolled out globally over the next few months.
