Uncrustables is expanding its lineup with the launch of its first limited-edition flavor: Peanut Butter & Mixed Berry Spread Sandwiches. Featuring a soft bread exterior filled with peanut butter and a mixed berry spread made from strawberries and blueberries, this new offering is designed for convenience and on-the-go snacking. The sandwiches will be available at select retailers nationwide this summer.
The launch builds on the momentum from last year’s introduction of the Peanut Butter & Raspberry Spread Sandwiches, the brand’s first new PB&J flavor in a decade. According to Chris Achenbach, Director of Brand Strategy at the J.M. Smucker Co., consumer response was strong, signaling a demand for new flavor innovations.
In response, Uncrustables will introduce two limited-edition flavors in 2025, starting with the mixed berry version and followed by a second flavor later in the year. The new sandwich joins Uncrustables’ current portfolio, which includes grape, strawberry, honey, chocolate flavored hazelnut, raspberry, and reduced sugar options.
All Uncrustables products are made with bread baked in the U.S. and are free from high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, and artificial colors.
