UrVenue has deepened its partnership with OpenTable to bring priority dining access directly into hotel stays. Building on their 2021 integration—which first merged resort activity bookings with restaurant reservations—the two platforms now let guests reserve high-demand OpenTable seating both before arrival and during their stay through UrVenue’s Itinerary Builder. Hotel staff can also secure and manage those reservations on behalf of guests via UrVenue’s Experience Center, ensuring a seamless, personalized service.

Several luxury hotels, resorts, casinos and leading lifestyle groups are among the first to roll out the expanded integration. Properties can activate the connection in minutes through the OpenTable for Restaurants Integrations Marketplace, simplifying setup and self-onboarding so they can go live faster. Guests benefit from exclusive access to premium tables and curated dining events, while hotels enhance their pre-arrival journey and on-property offerings.

To see the new capabilities in action, visit UrVenue at HITEC Indianapolis from June 17 to 19 in Booth 1100 at the Indiana Convention Center.

“This expanded partnership gives hotels unprecedented control over how they prioritize and deliver premium dining access to their in-house guests, enhancing the overall value they bring to the stay experience,” said Tracee Nalewak, chief growth officer of UrVenue.

Amy Wei, chief operating officer of OpenTable, added, “Our expanded partnership is all about helping hoteliers enhance the dining experience for hotel guests, giving them privileged access to premium reservations, while making it seamless for staff to manage it all and deliver personalized hospitality.”
