Zepp Health Corporation has announced the launch of the Amazfit Helio Ring, a new smart wearable aimed at athletes, set to be available in the United States on May 15th, 2024. Priced at $299.99, this smart ring can also be purchased as part of a bundle with the Amazfit Cheetah Pro or Amazfit T-Rex Ultra smartwatches. Initially, the Amazfit Helio Ring will have limited sizing options, with plans to expand sizing and availability in other markets soon.
The product gained significant attention at CES 2024, where it was awarded ‘Best Fitness Wearable’ by Tom’s Guide and named one of the “Best of CES” by UK’s T3.com. Wayne Huang, CEO of Zepp Health, emphasized the product’s capability to provide comprehensive performance and recovery analysis, integrating seamlessly with the Zepp App. This integration allows athletes to consolidate their health and fitness data from both the smartwatch and the smart ring into a single platform, enhancing the ease of tracking and analysis.
The Amazfit Helio Ring, made from skin-friendly titanium alloy, offers a comfortable alternative to traditional wearables and is particularly effective in monitoring recovery metrics due to its design and placement on the finger. It provides detailed health measurements and recovery insights, including a daily Readiness score which helps athletes optimize their training schedules.
Additionally, Zepp Health is planning to introduce bundled options with the Amazfit Cheetah Pro and Amazfit T-Rex Ultra, priced at $149.99 for the ring when purchased in these bundles. This strategic pricing and packaging aim to provide athletes with a comprehensive system that supports peak performance without compromising on cost or convenience.
The full details of the global rollout and additional bundle pricing will be announced in the near future.
